How to search promotional products?

By category
Decide which item you are interested in, confirm its character including material, function and uses, browse our promotional categories on the left of our website, you can judge the item that you are looking for is belongs to which category, when you choosing a product category,just understand the main characteristics of the products, for example, ‘’ T shirt’’ should be in the ‘’ apparel’’ category, ‘’ shopping bag’’ should be in the ‘’bags’’ category, ‘’beach ball’’ should be in the ‘’toys’’ category. Some times, the item name is the category name, but some times, you need to know the exact type of the item.
 
By keyword
A keyword can be any characteristics of the item. Usually adjectives make great keywords. This way is really easy and fast to help you to find the exact item you are looking for if you know the product name, you just need to enter product name in the Search engine column. If you don’t know the product name you just need to enter the adjective of product, for example, if you searching for a ballpoint pen, "ballpoint" would be a keyword. Similarly, if you are looking for a shopping bag, ’’shopping’’ and ‘’bag’’ would be a keyword. ‘’Metal keychain’’,''metal’’ and ‘’keychain’’ would be a keyword. By alphabet
If you don’t know the product category and keyword, you just need to know the product name and the first alphabet of product name, you can find the item by alphabet function of website, many different products from alphabet A to Z categories for your selection. For example, if you are looking for ‘’keychain’’, you just need to know ‘’ K’’ then you can find it in alphabet ‘’K’’ category. ‘’ Pen’’ you can check ‘’P’’ alphabet category and ‘’ Cap’’ you can check ‘’C’’ alphabet category.

How do I place an order?

1.Select product-Send quotation
Select which item you want to order, send the model number, order quantity, item color, logo printing, material and size etc. According to your request, we will offer our best price and send quotation to you. 

2.Provide artwork-Sample approval
Send us your artwork in JPG, JPEG, if you can send AI, EPS and CDR format that would be great. After get your artwork, we will arrange sample with your logo or not based on your request for your approval.

 3.Confirm purchase order- Shipping way
After sample approval, send us your purchase order by email or fax, including item name,item number, quantity, item color, material, size, logo, package, delivery date and shipping method, you can ship by air, sea and express(DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT), for freight payment you can choose by collect or by prepay.
 
 4.Send proforma invoice- Payment term
Based on your detailed information, we will issue proforma invoice with your requirements to you, regarding the payment term, T/T wire transfer and western union is our usual payment, we also can accept L/C payment but for bulk order only.

5.Production-Delivery
If you have arranged payment, just submit the bank slip or MTCN to us, we will arrange production for you in the first time. The delivery will be arranged for you once get your production approval and balance payment received.

Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products and package?
Yes, of course. Your logo or artwork can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways. The MOQ for silk screen printing is 500pcs per logo or depend on product range if you just need to print your logo on product, the MOQ will be increased to 1000pcs if you want your logo and company name to be printed on both product and package. If you want the custom design package, such as gift box, paper card, the MOQ will be requested to 2000pcs at least. Different requirements depend on different products.
 
Can I pay by Paypal or Credit card for my order?
Maybe, our usual payment term is telegraphic transfer (T/T) and western union. T/T for normal and large order, western union for small and urgent order. Sometimes we can accept L/C for large and bulk order, but it depends on the order status. Regarding the Paypal and credit card payment, we just can accept for our special customers such as VIP clients and old clients only. As the paypal and credit card payments are too personal and simple in international trade business, they are not believed and accepted by more customers. Only the T/T is formal, safe and fast payment in our international business, which was recognized by most of customers.
 
Do I need to pay import tax for my order products?
Probably yes. You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing order. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
As you know, we are in China and not clear about the custom tax policy of your country, so we don"t know how to predict the import duties and other relevant cost which should pay in your country when the goods passing your country custom.
If you don’t know how to operate or need any special requests pls feel freel to let us know, we will do our best to help you to pass the custom smoothly.
 
What should I do if the goods I received have quality problem?
Before sending the product to you, we make sure every product is in good condition. Please check the package before you sign off for it. If the product is not in good condition, please don`t sign for, this situation caused during transportation, then ask some certifications ( such as pictures of the damaged goods ) from express company, and contact us immediately. We will contact the expressman, and deal with it. We are not responsible for lost items, content damaged goods after you’ve signed off for them.We promise you that our products can be sent out without any quality problem.
